They rolled this out today in test bed Australia. ALL citizens are required to download app and then text/pic their location. If they are not where they ARE TOLD TO BE, the police with the dogs and the guns show up to haul you off to a concentration camp, where you are never heard or seen again.

This is coming everywhere. As stated 3 months ago, Australia is the NWO testing grounds to total slavery and death.
